Detailed Description

creates the field variables related to the moments

This file creates an IOdictionary labeled as PBEProperties. This file enables user to define the details of population balance solution including number of nodes, application of surrogate models and etc. The PBESwitch defines whether the the PBE solution would be applied for computation of foam density. The additional field variables including the sources as well as moments have been created in this header file.
